This Saturday, we have a special edition as we’re getting together to say goodbye to our Acroyoga master, Jairo! After the run, he will lead an acroyoga session, so get ready for some movement, fun, and connection! Schedule: 📍 4:15pm: Meet at La Carioca, Leblon Beach, near Posto 11🏃‍♂️ 4:30pm: Run from La Carioca → Arpoador → back to La Carioca🧘 5:30am: After the run with happy hour + Acroyoga + Hanging out togetherAcroyoga reminder: Bring a yoga mat, canga, or any beach towel/cloth you can lie on comfortably in the sand during the session! This is planned to be our last run at La Carioca for a while! We’re looking forward to exploring new routes and neighborhoods soon, so come enjoy this one with us. As always, you can run, walk, or join us for the post-run activities. See you there!
